Thank you for shopping with Dantee. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may return your item for a refund within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned within 7 days of receiving it
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation, receipt)

📦 Note: We do not accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery unless they arrived defective.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products returned after the 7-day window
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Gift cards or digital downloads (if applicable)

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will offer a replacement or full refund once the issue is verified.

Please include:

  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • Your order number

4. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund request:

  • Reason for return or refund
  • Photos (if applicable)

Once your request is approved, we will send you return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or sent in error.


5. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

✅ If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • It may take 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

❌ If rejected (e.g., item used, damaged, or outside the return window), no refund will be issued and the item may be sent back to you.


6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, please return the item for a refund and place a new order separately.
